Terms & Conditions

Embark Busselton / Yolk Property Group QR Code Trail Competition

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• Promoter means Yolk Property Group Pty Ltd and associated partners of the Embark Busselton Masterplanned Community.

• Competition means the QR Code Trail competition conducted at the Embark Busselton Display Village Grand Opening Event.

• Entrant means an eligible person who enters the Competition.

• Prize means the prize(s) described in the promotional material.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to visitors of the Embark Busselton Display Village during the Competition Period.
2.2 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter and related agencies are ineligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entrants must scan a QR code displayed within each participating display home or stall to collect entries.
3.2 Only one (1) entry per display home or stall per Entrant is permitted.
3.3 A maximum of ten (10) entries per Entrant is permitted.
3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant will be deemed invalid.

4. Competition Period

4.1 The Competition opens at 10:00am AWST on Saturday, 7 March 2026 and closes at 11:30am AWST on the same day.
4.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5. Prize and Draw

5.1 Prize details are set out in the promotional material.
5.2 The major prize draw will take place at 11:45am AWST on Saturday, 7 March 2026 at the Embark Busselton Sales Office, 81 Joseph Drive, Yalyalup.
5.3 Entrants must be present at the draw to claim a prize.
5.4 If a drawn Entrant is not present, a new entry will be drawn at random until all prizes are claimed.
5.5 Winners will be announced at the draw.

6. Claiming the Prize

6.1 To claim a prize, winners must be present at the draw and provide reasonable proof of identity if requested.
6.2 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.3 The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

7. Privacy

7.1 The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding prizes.
7.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the our Privacy Policy.
7.3 By entering, Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes.

8. Publicity

8.1 By entering, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and suburb of residence for reasonable promotional purposes without further payment, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

9. Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its partners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or the Prize.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies Entrants may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, vary, suspend, or modify the Competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
10.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
