– By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Yolk Property Group.
– Eligibility to enter require the entrant to be a resident in Yalyalup.
– The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and must be used to capture your favourite place in Yalyalup.
– Entries are being judged by Yolk Property Group, judges decision is final.
– Competition opens Tuesday 29 November 2022.
– Competition closes Tuesday 6 December 2022 at 13:00 AWST.
– Winners announced by 12 December 2023.
– The competition is open to all Yalyalup residents.
– Entrants may be contacted by Yolk Property Group for further information.
– Participants stand a chance of winning one of three 10 minute mini photo shoots with Abby Murray (“the Prize”) normally valued at $200 each.
– Entry to this competition shall be deemed consent to the use of these photographs for any media or other purpose, including advertising or promotional purposes for future Yalyalup community development, unless notified in writing by the entrant (or applicable parent, guardian or responsible adult) to the contrary.
– Available photography dates will be confirmed with Abby Murray.
– The Prize must be used before 31 Jan 2023.
